Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales agents, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies for the company’s real estate projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management & Execution
Implement the sales strategy as directed by the Head of Sales to achieve project-wise and overall revenue targets. Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and effective conversion of leads into sales. Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and client interactions to ensure timely and professional engagement. Conduct regular pipeline reviews and update the Head of Sales on progress, challenges, and market feedback.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs. Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance sales capabilities and customer handling skills. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to drive referrals and repeat business. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client queries and concerns throughout the sales process. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, project visits, and events.
- Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review. Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, promotions, and lead management processes. Provide insights and feedback to improve product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales materials.
- Market Awareness
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Support the Head of Sales in developing initiatives to increase market share and project visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
