You’ll shoot indoor spaces, ensure strong composition, lighting, and sound, and assist in live events and small video productions. The role requires practical staging, on-site coordination, and basic video editing for marketing content.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate photography and videography.

Responsibilities

• Meet brokers/clients on site and perform image sessions.
• Tag and upload images to in-house workshop the same day.
• Shoot indoor spaces: living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, baths.
• Ensure excellent composition, angles, and lighting for each area.
• Modify and adjust photos for illumination, contrast, and watermarks.
• Modify videos for internet content with overlays.
• Assist in staging residences for best visuals.
• Prepare and shoot live events, short films, and ad shoots.
• Coordinate with team and junior staff; train as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain gear.
• Source and liaise with suppliers for gear and services.
