Job summary

Merchant & Co. is a boutique real estate company expanding its Dubai team. We seek experienced, results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants with a proven record of performance in Dubai.

We offer a salary+commission structure up to 70%, full marketing and lead support, access to major developer networks, and opportunities across Off-Plan and Ready properties, plus a company laptop, SIM, visa and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing real estate transactions in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• RERA certified (Preferred)
• Driver's license and own car preferred

REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT - SALARY+COMMISSION UPTO 70%

• Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of closing real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
