Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in understanding the buying, selling, and leasing processes, providing them with valuable insights and expert advice.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
- Prepare and present property presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the transaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
- Manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all local real estate laws and regulations during transactions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successful transactions.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local property laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools, as well as digital marketing platforms.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients achieve their real‑estate goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred.
Compensation Structure
- 60% commission on company-generated leads.
- 70% commission on self-generated (personal) leads.
