This role requires a proactive approach to client management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Real Estate Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions while ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
  2. Assist clients in understanding the buying, selling, and leasing processes, providing them with valuable insights and expert advice.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
  4. Prepare and present property presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
  5. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the transaction.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
  7. Manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
  8. Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  9. Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local real estate laws and regulations during transactions.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successful transactions.
  2. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local property laws.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
  6. Proficient in using real estate software and tools, as well as digital marketing platforms.
  7. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients achieve their real‑estate goals.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  10. A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred.
Compensation Structure
  • 60% commission on company-generated leads.
  • 70% commission on self-generated (personal) leads.
