Job summary

A leading real estate company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand and maintain strategic relationships with brokerage partners. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network within the Dubai broker community. This position focuses on driving sales performance and ensuring effective communication between brokers and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (UAE preferred).
  • Strong network within the Dubai broker community.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new brokerage partners.
  • Organize and execute broker meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Track partner performance and maintain broker activity dashboards.
  • Serve as the liaison between brokers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to streamline communication and processes.
  • Promote usage of broker portals and digital tools.
  • Ensure all broker registrations and agreements are current.
