Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated Property Advisor for the secondary market in Dubai. You will connect clients with upcoming projects and guide investors and end-users through off-plan opportunities, maximizing sales in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes building relationships with investors and developers, presenting projects, and leveraging a robust commission structure to drive performance. A proven track record in real estate sales in Dubai is preferred.

Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
Professional, ambitious and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell ready properties directly.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users and developer sales teams.
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at events.
Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Demonstrate ability to self-generate business and market understanding.

You will specialize in connecting clients with upcoming projects, guiding investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai’s fast-growing property market.
