Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or property sector (experience level flexible).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commission-only role with 50% commission.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market knowledge to clients.
• Negotiate and close property transactions across sales and leasing.
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular follow-up.
• Prepare and present property documentation and contracts.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors and referrals.
• Advise clients on market pricing, trends and the Dubai buying/renting process.
• Represent the Baytify brand professionally at all times.
