Job summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi seeks driven real estate professionals to join our high-earning team. You’ll manage qualified leads from enquiry to closing, present properties, conduct viewings, and expand client reach across global markets.

We offer a lucrative commission structure starting at 50% up to 75%, with a strong earnings floor evidenced by a 35,000 AED minimum commission, plus visa, medical insurance and Emirates ID. Payouts weekly and training provided.
