Land Sterling is seeking ambitious real estate professionals to join its Dubai team. This commission-only role offers up to 70% in earnings and uncapped earning potential, with full marketing and admin support to help close deals.

We welcome experienced agents and high-achievers eager to build a name, network, and long-term career in luxury real estate. As part of Land Sterling, you’ll engage landlords and buyers, conduct market appraisals, and tailor solutions to client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends

What You’ll Need

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles – Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• A genuine passion for real estate and the ambition to grow your knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• A proactive, energetic and collaborative approach
• A valid driving license
