Job summary

Land Sterling in Dubai is expanding its luxury real estate team and seeks ambitious, client-focused agents. Whether experienced or new to Dubai real estate, you’ll join a high-touch brokerage that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and strong support.

You will conduct market appraisals, contact landlords and sellers, understand client needs, and stay ahead of market trends as you grow your network and career in a tax-free market with comprehensive visa and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or client-facing roles (Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment, etc) or high-end service industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow knowledge.
• Self-motivated, proactive, energetic and results-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships

What You’ll Need

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles – Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• A genuine passion for real estate and the ambition to grow your knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• A proactive, energetic and collaborative approach
• A valid driving license
