Job summary

Prime Capital Real Estate is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of Dubai market experience to join our growing team. You will manage property sales, build relationships with buyers and investors, and identify opportunities across Dubai’s communities.

The role offers training, lead generation support, and exposure to leading portals and international roadshows. We offer a collaborative, target-driven environment with marketing support and continuous development to help

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, communities, developers, and investment opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from initial client inquiry through negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Identify business opportunities and develop a strong network of potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and project presentations.
• Provide clients with informed guidance on property options, investment opportunities, and payment plans.
• Coordinate negotiations, documentation, and transaction follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
