Moody's Investors Service in Dubai is seeking a Credit Rating Analyst to support rating analyses across corporates, structured finance, and sovereigns. You will conduct financial modelling, research, and collaboration with analysts to assess credit risk and develop forecasts.

You will prepare rating materials and contribute to discussions, while monitoring market trends. The role emphasizes data analytics, AI tools, and continuous professional development in a global team.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• CFA qualification highly beneficial.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support credit risk assessments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Fundamental understanding of fixed income markets or credit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive team player with a continuous learning mindset, including interest in financial markets, data analytics, and AI-driven tools
• Experience with Python, SQL, or financial modelling concepts preferred
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
• Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Strong academic background, equivalent to a Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• CFA professional qualification such as CFA highly beneficial

• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry news to assess credit quality

• Assist with investor and issuer engagement by preparing presentations and supporting meetings
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and on-the-job learning

Our Ratings & Research Support (RRS) team is responsible for supporting the credit rating process and ensuring high-quality analytical output across Moody’s Investors Service. By joining our team, you will work on impactful projects within global capital markets while developing expertise in credit analysis, financial modelling, and emerging risk areas.
