Job summary

ELGI Equipments Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Ras Al Khaimah to drive sales, build partnerships, and lead customer engagements. The role covers meeting customers and partners, presenting product solutions, and negotiating contracts to hit targets in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a proven sales track record in industrial or B2B sectors, and experience with training customers and partners on product features and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical background in industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional business correspondence.
• Proven sales capabilities with experience in territory management, lead generation, and closing deals in industrial or B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and channel partners to identify opportunities and nurture relationships.
• Present product solutions and prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate contracts to achieve targets.
• Conduct product trainings for customers and distributors; provide post-sales support.
• Gather market intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with ELGi’s objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data; represent ELGi’s brand in the marketplace.
