Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years’ experience managing major rail infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Middle East with large-scale rail programs.
• Demonstrated record of delivering at least one major rail project as Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-billion-dollar rail program.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from design development through construction.
• Act as the primary interface with the Client and key stakeholders.
