Job summary

Hafeet Rail seeks a Senior Operations Leader to manage all aspects of rail operations across the UAE, Oman interfaces, and regulatory licensing. You will lead train control, planning, rostering, and terminal operations with a focus on safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

You will develop operational procedures, manage compliance with safety case and licence, and build KPI reporting to Board-level executives while shaping capacity increases and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an operations related subject or a related field.
• Minimum of ten years' relevant experience in rail operations at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of railway logistics in the context of international operations.
• Strong leadership qualities with demonstrable experience in senior operational leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop all necessary rail operations procedures to ensure safe, efficient running.
• Engage with rail regulation authorities to obtain and retain licences in UAE and Oman.
• Investigate operational incidents and disseminate learning across OER.
• Provide expert advice on capacity and develop operational plans to increase capacity.
