Job summary

ARX Gruppe AG in Dubai is seeking a skilled Rail Track Design BIM Modeler with at least 5 years of experience to develop and manage BIM models for railway alignment and trackwork projects. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and scripting is required.

You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to implement design changes, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Rail Track Design BIM Modeler.
• Expert in the Development of Plan Profile, Cross section and Detail Drawings.
• Proven BIM Modeler in the rail sector or similar infrastructure fields.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong automation experience for BIM processes (Dynamo, Python).
• In-depth knowledge of rail infrastructure design and related systems.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project outcomes.
• Middle East experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed BIM models for rail projects, meeting project specifications.
• Use BIM software to create 3D models, 2D drawings, and other deliverables.
• Implement automation tools to optimize BIM workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate design changes and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models and data integrity.
