Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital is seeking a qualified Radiographer/Radiography Technologist to operate X-ray, MRI, and CT imaging techniques, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results. The role involves preparing patients, positioning for accurate images, and adhering to strict safety standards.

Applicants must hold a UAE license, possess a Bachelor’s degree in radiography or related field, and have at least two years of post-qualification experience in general radiology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Radiography, Radiology Technology, or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging program.
• Two years of experience post qualification in the general radiology field.
• Active UAE license as Radiographer/Radiography Technologist or Medical Imaging.
• Proven basic knowledge and application of application tools and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform imaging procedures safely and accurately as requested by physicians.
• Prepare and position patients to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and the ALARA principle to protect patients and staff.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide a positive, supportive experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.
