Job summary

Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital, part of the M42 network, seeks a Radiographer/Radiography Technologist to operate X-ray, MRI, and CT imaging procedures. You will perform imaging, position patients, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Radiography and a UAE license, with at least two years in general radiology. The role interfaces with radiologists, physicians, and a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiology Technology, or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging.
• Two (2) years of experience post qualification in general radiology.
• Active UAE license as Radiographer/Radiography Technologist or Medical Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures safely and accurately as requested by physicians.
• Prepare and position patients to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and the ALARA principle to protect patients and staff.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide a positive, supportive experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.
