Job summary

REMAYA is seeking a Radar and Telemetry Lead to plan, design, and manage remote sensing solutions for tests at the Range and off-site operations. You will oversee radar, EO, and telemetry systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

With 8+ years in radar, telemetry, and test instrumentation and 3+ years in leadership, you will guide engineers, supervise data capture, and develop training and SOPs for remote sensing teams in a challenging defense testing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in radar, telemetry and test instrumentation with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in tracking radars, EO systems, telemetry and flight termination systems.
• Proven ability to design test setups, procedures and data capture strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage remote sensing solutions for tests at the Range and off-site operations.
• Lead technicians and engineers; supervise data capture and test reporting.
• Oversee radar, EO, and telemetry feeds to ensure data integrity during tests.
• Develop sensor coverage maps and data quality standards.
• Coordinate multi-domain test campaigns and provide technical leadership.
