Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience leading product development and R&D teams in relevant industrial sectors.
• Experience preferably in maritime, oil & gas, or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the ultrasonic product portfolio from concept to delivery.
• Drive the product and systems roadmap ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between NRG Marine and Alfa Laval engineering teams.
