Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel.
• Oil & Gas, ADNOC experience is a must.
• Experience working on Pipeline projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the complete BOQs for EPC projects in Oil & Gas.
• Compile and maintain all supporting documents and backups for executed works and measurement thereof.
• Liaises with Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors for verified quantities and payments.
• Prepare Contract Final Measures and applications for Payment at Completion per contract provisions.
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.
• Liaise with project sections on quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for experienced and reliable Quantity Surveyors to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in UAE, for WEP Project (West to East Pipeline).

What you will need to do:

• Prepare the complete BOQs for EPC Projects in the field of Oil & Gas
• Compiles and maintains all supporting documents and backups for the executed works and the measurement thereof including signed NRI, QS sheets, progress records etc.
• Liaises with the Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors in verifying measured quantities and processing payments.
• Prepares the Contract Final Measures together with application for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions ensuring that all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed.
• Verifies subcontract measurements and payment applications.
• Liaises with all project sections in quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
