Job summary

Tarrad Development in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for building construction projects. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 4–5 years of UAE experience, with strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and budgeting. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
