Job summary

Bespoke District Interior LLC in Dubai is seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with a focus on interior fit-out, joinery, renovation, and cost estimation. You will independently prepare BOQs, study drawings, and deliver accurate cost estimates under tight deadlines.

You will read AutoCAD drawings, quantify materials and labour, compare supplier quotations, and maintain estimation records while supporting value engineering and cost control across projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant estimation or quantity surveying experience in UAE interior fit-out.
• Ability to independently read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Study architectural and tender drawings to identify project requirements.
• Calculate material and labour quantities for joinery, finishes, and finishes.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Bespoke District is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out, joinery, renovation, and construction cost estimation.

We are looking for someone who can independently prepare accurate BOQs, analyse drawings, obtain competitive supplier quotations, and deliver comprehensive project cost estimates within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, renovation, and flooring projects.


• Study architectural drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.


• Calculate quantities for materials, labour, joinery, finishes, flooring, wallcoverings, ceilings, and other fit-out works.


• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.


• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions, commercial quotations, and budget estimates.


• Review drawings and BOQs to identify missing items, discrepancies, and potential cost variations.


• Coordinate with designers, draftsmen, project managers, procurement, and site teams to clarify technical and commercial requirements.


• Track material costs, labour costs, project budgets, and variations to support cost control and profitability.


• Maintain accurate estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.


• Support value engineering and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying, preferably within the UAE interior fit-out industry.


• Strong experience in interior fit-out, joinery, renovation, and finishing works.


• Ability to independently read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with estimation or quantity take-off software is an advantage.


• Good knowledge of UAE suppliers, material rates, labour costs, and subcontractor pricing.


• Strong analytical, numerical, organisational, and commercial skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.


• Excellent attention to detail and a practical understanding of project execution.
