Reporting directly to the Senior Quality Manager, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple quality-related tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Packaging Quality Checks and Approvals

• Review and approve packaging components
• Share packaging approvals with suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMs)
• Ensure consistency with initial specifications and quality standards

Finished Goods Approval

• Review and approve samples
• Ensure consistency with initial specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate communication with suppliers regarding sample status and approvals

Sample Management (Components & Finished Goods)

• Label and store samples according to internal procedures
• Replace expired samples and ensure up-to-date inventory

Supplier Process Follow-up

• Track and follow up with suppliers to make sure requested samples and documents are sent on time.
• Support continuous improvement in sample management and quality control

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all the approvals with all relevant information (SKU, batch number, quantity, reception date, etc.)
• Prepare reports and summaries.

Quality Excellence and Strategy Development

• Collaborate closely with Senior Quality Manager to support the development and execution of a Quality Strategy Plan.
• Execute quality improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Define and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Engage internal teams and suppliers to promote quality best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma is Quality / Science / Cosmetic or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within the beauty or skincare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage different projects stimulatingly effectively.
• Ability in problem-solving, analytics in a fast-paced environment.
