# Quality Line InspectorEngineering · Abu DhabiAll open positionsAll open positionsEngineeringAbu DhabiRole overview## DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Perform in-process inspections during manufacturing, fabrication, machining, assembly, and welding activities• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications• Conduct visual inspections of materials, fit-up, alignment, welding preparation, and finished components• Monitor production activities and identify quality deviations or non-conformities• Verify material traceability, identification markings, and process status• Raise NCRs and support corrective and preventive actions• Coordinate with production, machining, welding, and QA/QC teams on quality-related matters• Ensure measuring instruments and inspection tools are calibrated before use• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records• Witness testing and inspection activities as requiredRequirements:• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field• 1 to 2 years of experience in quality inspection within manufacturing, fabrication, machining, oil and gas, or engineering industries• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, documentation, and reporting• Basic understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, and welding processes• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparationPreferred Certifications:• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor• CSWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector or equivalent• NDT Level II certification (PT, MT, UT, or RT)### Apply for this roleStep 1: Complete your details.
