Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking a Quality Control Inspector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the plastic industry and a strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 22000. Responsibilities include monitoring quality assurance functions and maintaining specifications and calibration records. Strong English communication skills and teamwork ability are desired. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Quality Control inspector preferred in plastic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates quality relevant specifications and inspection plans.
  • Ensures all test equipment/devices are calibrated and records are maintained.
  • Responsible for finished goods release and control.

Job description
What You Will Enjoy Doing
Quality assurance/ Control
  • Monitors QA/QC core functions: measures, records and reports dimensional, functional and visual attributes as per specified requirements
  • Maintains and updates quality relevant specifications such as inspection plans, specifications, drawings and packaging instructions including its review
  • Responsible in ensuring that all test equipment/devices are calibrated and calibration records are maintained
  • Inline system management by conducting shop floor & warehouse checks
  • Responsible for finished goods release and control
  • Prepares the Certificate of Analysis reports as per customer requirement
  • Coordinates with concerned department for Alpla Qualification Procedure (AQP) sampling and evaluation
  • Prepares and finalizes AQP/sampling reports
  • Processes and analyses quality relevant figures and data
  • Responsibility of hold area management (hold labels, daily site checks) and QA sub inventory checks and accuracy including monthly reporting
  • Executes analysis via professional problem -solving tools.
  • Ensure GMP & FSMS compliance throughout the processes and activities of the pre-requisite programs related to FSSC 22000.
