Job summary

Confidential Company in Fujairah, UAE seeks a quality professional to lead audits, set up quality systems for new products, and drive continuous improvement in wiring harness manufacturing.

You will train staff, participate in KPI meetings, coordinate with test boards, and handle internal/external quality complaints; required BE/BS or Diploma in Engineering with 4–8 years in wiring harness.

Qualifications

• Graduation / Diploma in Engineering; BE / BS candidates with 4-6 years working experience in Wiring Harness or related manufacturing field. Diploma candidates with 6-8 years working experience in Wiring Harness or related manufacturing field
• Active participation in customer audits; hands-on experience on MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good command in English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits and participate in KPI meetings
• Set up and maintain quality systems for new products and processes; coordinate with other Q functions
• Deal with quality complaints (internal and external) and support corrective actions
• Lead as Team Leader, identify, develop; coordinate with Test Board Technician to keep modules up to date
• Train Quality and other indirects on product quality and Quality system

Job allocation resource utilization within Quality Dept in assembly area

Participate in internal, external, customer audits

Conduct process audits as per internal schedule

Training Quality and other Indirects on product quality and Quality system

Participate in KPI meetings and other required meetings for the department

Set up quality system for new products and processes; work with other Q functions

Deal with external and internal quality complaints

Participate as Team Leader, Identify, Develop; work with other functions on test modules requirement etc.; coordination with Test board Technician to keep the modules up to date and ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Graduation / Diploma in Engineering; BE / BS candidates with 4-6 years working experience in Wiring Harness or related manufacturing field. Diploma candidates with 6-8 years working experience in Wiring Harness or related manufacturing field
• Preferred Profile: Good understanding of Quality Management System (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001); possess good knowledge of ISIR/ PPAP /SPC/ MSA / FMEA / 8D Methodology; knowledge of local rules / EMS / ISO 14001; working knowledge of Electrical Test systems, Test boards Circuitry, Test module design etc.
• Should have actively participated in customer audits; hands-on experience on MS Office (Good in Excel & PowerPoint); Good command in English (both written & spoken)
