Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and hotel departments to manage orders and deliveries.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and advise actions.
