Qualifications

• Perform snagging and final inspections identifying and addressing defects or nonconformities.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead training programs for onsite teams to ensure proper quality control practices.
• Monitor the implementation of quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction materials and workmanship meets specified quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to address quality concerns and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, defects and corrective actions.
• Report any quality issues to senior management and recommend improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices in quality control.
