BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure knitwear and woven garments meet approved specifications and standards. You will conduct inline, final, and pre-shipment inspections, read tech packs and measurement charts, and report defects with corrective actions.

Conduct quality inspections of strong knitwear and woven garments strong at different stages of production including fabric cutting sewing finishing and final inspection Inspect garments against approved strong samples specifications tech packs measurement charts and quality standards strong Identify and report defects related to fabric stitching workmanship measurements construction finishing color shade and appearance Conduct strong inline and final inspections strong and ensure corrective actions are implemented Check garment measurements and tolerances using appropriate measuring tools and inspection methods Inspect fabric for defects such as holes stains slubs yarn defects weaving knitting defects color variation and shade discrepancies Check sewing and construction quality including seams stitches SPI hems collars cuffs buttons zippers labels and other garment components Ensure garments comply with approved strong fit workmanship construction and finishing requirements strong Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality findings and rejection rates Coordinate with production merchandising technical and factory teams to resolve quality issues Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify that defects have been properly rectified Monitor recurring quality problems and recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence Conduct pre-final and final random inspections based on established strong AQL standards strong Ensure packing labeling assortment carton markings and presentation meet approved requirements before shipment Support supplier factory evaluations and communicate quality concerns to management Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable garment industry standards.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector/QC Inspector in the garment or apparel industry.Strong hands-on experience in both knitwear and woven garments is essential.Good knowledge of garment construction, sewing, finishing, fabric quality, and garment defects.Strong understanding of AQL inspection procedures and sampling methods.Ability to read and understand tech packs, measurement specifications, approved samples, and garment specifications.Experience conducting inline, final, and pre-shipment inspections.Good knowledge of garment measurements, tolerances, workmanship, and quality standards.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues accurately.Ability to prepare inspection reports and communicate findings clearly.Experience working with garment factories, suppliers, production teams, and merchandising departments.Willingness to travel to factories/suppliers when required.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
