ADB SAFEGATE Dubai is seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to support delivery of reliable, safe and high-quality technical services for our airport solutions and systems.

Under guidance from experienced Service and Quality Engineers, you will assist with installation, testing, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and quality reporting while developing strong technical expertise in the airport environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in QA/QC, field service, electrical installation, maintenance or testing & commissioning.
• Ability to read technical manuals, specifications, electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good knowledge of quality documentation and inspection processes.
• Strong reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel.

The Junior Quality Engineer supports the delivery of reliable, safe and high-quality technical services for ADB SAFEGATE solutions and systems.

Working under the guidance of experienced Service and Quality Engineers, the role will support installation, testing and commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, technical reporting and quality activities. The position will also assist with identifying recurring technical issues, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of service delivery.

The role is designed for a motivated early-career engineer who wants to develop strong technical expertise within the airport and airfield environment while gaining practical exposure to both Service Engineering and Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Checklists documents.
