Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Arabic QA Tester to join our testing team on a 6-month contract with extension possibility. The role focuses on Arabic and English language testing, ensuring quality bilingual content across applications, websites, and digital platforms.

The candidate must validate Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic content, perform RTL UI validation and functional/localization testing, and actively manage defects using industry tools.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Software Testing / QA experience.
• Strong experience in Arabic Localization Testing.
• Hands-on experience validating Arabic-English content and applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, and localization test plans.
• Validate content, workflows and UIs in Arabic and English.
• Perform Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic translation validation and localization testing.
• Identify, document and track defects using Defect Management tools.
• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to verify fixes.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, POs, and PMs.
• Maintain test reports and provide daily project status updates.
• Track testing progress and project metrics.
• Participate in defect triage and support issue resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly and milestone test reports for Onsite and Offshore Test Managers.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Arabic QA Tester to join our testing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Arabic and English language testing, ensuring high-quality user experiences across bilingual applications, websites, and digital platforms. This position requires hands-on experience in validating Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic content, UI localization, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, and localization test plans.
• Validate application content, workflows, and user interfaces in both Arabic and English.
• Perform Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic translation validation and localization testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Defect Management tools.
• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure fixes are successfully implemented.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
• Maintain test execution reports and provide daily project status updates.
• Track testing progress and update project metrics regularly.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and support issue resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and milestone test reports for Onsite and Offshore Test Managers.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4-6 years of Software Testing / QA experience.
• Strong experience in Arabic Localization Testing.
• Hands-on experience in validating Arabic English (Arabic to English and English to Arabic) content and applications.
• Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Good understanding of RTL (Right-to-Left) UI validation and Arabic linguistic testing.
• Experience with Defect Management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
