MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide administrative support to the Quality and Patient Safety function for the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • To provide efficient document control and related administrative services to the Quality and Patient safety department
  • Maintain and update the company policy database and ensure a system is in place for policy renewals
  • Implement and drive document governance procedures and related administration
  • Communicate relevant policy changes and updates according to company standard
REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's degree or related formal qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • At least 2 years’ hospital experience or relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • Relevant quality and patient safety experience in healthcare
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer Literacy (Mircosoft)
  • Quality improvement processes and procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
  • Document management principles
