Job summary

DNV seeks a Software Solution Consultant in Dubai to strengthen the QHSE Customer Solution Design team. You will configure and implement the Synergi Life software and advise customers on best practices, aligning with their requirements.

Occasional travel within the region is possible. You will work with external customers, participate in workshops, and provide guidance on enterprise risk management and quality, health, safety and environment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, engineering or related field is required.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Web technologies is expected.
• Experience with Synergi Life software is an advantage.
• Programming experience with SQL, PowerShell, Python, and C#/.Net is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Attend workshops and meetings to gather customer requirements and prepare specifications and scopes of work.
• Advise external customers on best practices to maximize ROI on Synergi Life.
• Identify opportunities to add value to customer implementations and sales with existing customers.
• Configure Synergi Life to meet customer requirements and test installations.
• Act as project manager for smaller implementation and configuration projects.
