Job summary

The Talents Nation is seeking a QHSE Officer – Fire Protection in Dubai to implement and monitor QHSE policies, conduct inspections, and coordinate safety activities across sites. The role requires a NEBOSH-certified engineer with UAE regulatory knowledge and travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, a valid UAE driving licence, and hands-on experience with fire protection systems and safety standards. A company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with mandatory NEBOSH certification.
• Previous experience in the fire protection equipment or fire safety industry, with working knowledge of fire protection installations, maintenance activities, and relevant safety standards.
• Good knowledge of UAE QHSE regulations, strong communication and reporting skills, and willingness to travel between project sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

• Coordinate with project, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams; maintain QHSE documentation, inspection reports, audit records, and management reporting.
