Job summary

Ziva in Dubai is seeking a QC Microbiology Analyst to perform microbiological analysis of water, semi-finished and finished goods, and to execute gram staining and related quality tests.

You will prepare certificates of analysis, maintain documentation under GMP and Good Documentation Practices, and assist the QC head during audits while coordinating with production for line improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or microbiology in manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong practical microbiology and lab skills; GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analysis of water, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Conduct gram staining and other QC tests; ensure quality testing of water analysis.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch documentation.
• Maintain documentation per GMP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Coordinate with Head of QC during audits and deviations.
• Monitor equipment quality and report issues or deviations.
• Assist with internal quality improvement activities.

Job description

Perform microbiological analysis of water, semi-finished goods and finished goodsPerforming gram staining techniques.Ensured Quality Testing of water analysis by various tests like Total microbial count(Filtration Techniques), Pathogens testing, Pour plate method, Water sampling, onlinedocumentation.Having the knowledge about Current Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations, GoodDocumentation Practices, Aseptic Behavior in Production Line Areas and Laboratory.Environmental monitoring plate exposure, Incubations and Releases.Reporting any damage in the materials to purchase department and to send complaintif the incoming products are not meeting the required standards.Making reports for any deviation in internal operations. Collecting controlled samples of online products from each batch.Preparing certificate of analysis for all products.Completing the batch manufacturing records and documents related to quality controldepartment.Coordinating the Head of QC for internal and external Audit.Inspecting the standards of all the measuring equipment in the plant and stores &reporting the line manager.Rejected Finished Products in coordination with Production department.Coordinate day-to-day Quality Department activities and assist the Quality Head incompleting assigned tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and quality improvementactivities.

Required QualificationMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in MicrobiologyMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality control or microbiology within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.Required SkillsConfidence and strong professional integrity.Excellent technical and laboratory skills.Practical experience in microbiological testing and analysis.Strong team-working and coordination abilities.Good computer literacy for documentation and reporting purposes
