Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation related to material approvals, inspection reports, method statements, and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and inspection schedules.
• Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that all materials used on site are as per approved specifications and submittals.
• Review and approve subcontractors' quality documentation, including test reports and material compliance.
• Support the site team in technical and quality-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
