As a QA/QC Inspector - Junior, you’ll play a crucial role by inspecting MEP construction activities to ensure conformance to requirements against specifications as per project plan and managing/ implementing requirements of specific project wide QMS/PQP.

About Your Team

You will report to the QA/QC Manager and work closely with production teams to conduct inspections, monitor compliance with technical drawings and specifications, and help implement quality control procedures. Your work ensures our products meet both internal standards and client expectations.

Your Role

As a QA/QC Inspector - Junior, you will be responsible for:

  • Site wide construction work monitoring quality and completing inspections.
  • To coordinate the consultant and main contractors’ inspections.
  • Log all inspections and findings, preparing a daily report for the Site QA/ QC Engineer - Project Manager.
  • Day to day management of the QA/QC activities.
  • Review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, ensuring they are of the highest quality.
  • Collate documents and drawings for work inspection requests.
  • Guide construction team for effective controlled production on site works.
  • Report deviations from approved plans and specifications.
  • Witness testing within the required specification or ITP.
  • Check MEP works against approved drawings.
  • Maintain the QAQC paperwork – test requests, files, reports, certificates and NCR as per MFS.
  • Identifying defect trends and implementing plans for rectification.Attend and participate in QAQC meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Experience

2–3 years of experience, ideally in an MEP or construction engineering environment.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and quality standards.

Desirable
  1. Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
