Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a QA/QC Engineer - Civil in the UAE. The role focuses on implementing QA/QC procedures, inspecting civil works, reviewing materials and maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil QA/QC, knowledge of UAE/GCC standards, and the ability to coordinate with clients and engineers to close NCR/CAR actions.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in civil construction.
• Experience in Civil Construction / EPC projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specs and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections for civil works per approved drawings, specs and ITP.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, foundations, earthwork and structural works.
• Review material approvals, test certificates and inspection reports.
• Prepare and maintain MIR, WIR, ITPs, checklists and quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate NCR/CAR actions and closure.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and clients for inspections.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with statements and specs.
• Participate in quality audits and project quality meetings.
• Maintain QA/QC records and submit periodic quality reports.

Preferred Profile
