Job summary

NCO in Abu Dhabi is seeking a software test engineer to own end-to-end testing across functional, integration, RBAC, data validation and AI quality areas.

You will run bilingual (Arabic and English) test cycles, support UAT with business owners, triage defects, and assemble acceptance evidence for each wave gate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software testing on enterprise systems.
• Experience testing AI systems (grounding, citation coverage, refusal behavior) is a strong advantage.
• Arabic test coverage capability is an advantage.
• Test strategy execution: cases, evidence, defect management and traceability to requirements.
• Role-based access testing across user groups and data sensitivity levels.
• API and integration testing; performance test support.
• AI evaluation support: test sets, quality thresholds, human review workflows.
• Clear defect reporting and UAT facilitation with business users.
