Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking a QA professional to lead UAT testing for banking systems in the UAE. The role involves creating test plans, test scripts, and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Responsibilities include functional, regression, and integration testing, defect tracking, and ensuring traceability from BRD to test scenarios. Experience with Jira Xray is expected for efficient test management.

Qualifications

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system and process changes.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business teams and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Track, classify, and manage defects through resolution.
• Ensure traceability between BRD, solution design, and test scenarios.
• Provide real-time testing support during SIT and UAT cycles.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test artifacts including plans and scripts.
• Lead UAT activities with business users and IT to ensure coverage.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate changes.
• Log and track defects, coordinate fixes, and verify resolutions.
• Maintain traceability from BRD to test scenarios and results.
