Job summary

Jobtrack Management Services is seeking a QA/QC Manager for the Beverages division in Dubai. The ideal candidate holds a degree inFood Technology or Food Science and brings a minimum of 10 years’ Quality Control experience, including 5+ years in food and beverage production in Europe or GCC.

Strong expertise in QMS, HACCP, documentation, auditing, and supervision of microbiologists and lab technicians is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in beverages.
• Experience in Europe or GCC is required, with supervisory responsibilities of lab staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC team including microbiology, chemistry and lab technicians.
• Ensure QMS and HACCP compliance across production lines.
