Job summary

Al Shirawi Group is seeking a Quality professional to lead and supervise Quality Engineers across multiple projects in Dubai. The role focuses on planning, reviewing performance, and ensuring adherence to quality systems.

You will drive continual improvements, coordinate internal audits, and liaise with consultants and authorities to maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. The position requires strong leadership, site quality control, and the ability to train and mentor teams on quality

Responsibilities

• Planning and supervision of the activities of Direct Reportees / Quality Engineers from various projects
• Regular review meeting with the team members (Quality Engineers) to review the project quality performance and provide required advice / support as required
• Monitor site management system related to quality and conduct inspections
• Participation in periodic management review meetings and implementation of agreed actions
• Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures
• Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the company’s Quality Management systems
• To monitor and control Quality processes of civil/ interiors works of various projects
• Review quality procedures and develop Project Quality Plan, Method Statement and Inspection & Test Plan and get it approved by consultant
• Report non-conformities related to civil/ interior workmanship and follow up the action plan
• Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances
• Conduct Quality review meetings with engineers and address quality alerts
• Inspection of materials against approved submittals and ensure proper usage of material and storage at site
• Evaluation of company’s practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standards
• Liaison with external auditors and authorities with regard to Quality matters.
• Liaison with other departments and provision of appropriate training on Quality matters.
