Job summary

Jobmaze FZ LLC in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector for interior fit-out projects across the UAE, ensuring works meet approved quality standards from execution to handover.

You will inspect gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, carpentry, tiling, painting and MEP coordination, prepare ITPs, and maintain QA documentation, collaborating with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of UAE experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspections, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing fit-out works ensuring compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and QA documentation.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client reps.
• Support handover activities and ensure QA records are complete.
