Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a Senior QA/QC Lead to champion the QMS, ensure RTA compliance and drive operational excellence across large-scale projects.

You will mentor the QA/QC team, oversee audits, and approve quality docs while embedding risk mitigation. A 10-year track record in construction QA/QC with RTA familiarity is essential. ASQ CQE or equivalent certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive QA/QC experience in construction or infra.
• RTA project experience and CQE certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team fostering quality accountability and proactive risk mitigation.
• Develop review and approve quality-related documentation including standards, procedures and inspection plans ensuring alignment with RTA regulations.
• Oversee and conduct rigorous quality inspections and audits across all project phases identifying non-conformities and driving corrective actions.

Holding relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar.
