• Monitor batching, mixing, molding, vibration, pressing and curing processes.
• Ensure production parameters comply with approved mix designs.
• Conduct in-process inspections to identify defects.
• Perform routine laboratory testing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.
• Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory documentation.
• Maintain inspection records, test reports, NCRs.
