Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct inspections, material reviews, and testing (MIR/WIR, NCR, CAPA) to ensure all products and installations meet client specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third‑party inspection agencies on quality issues, manage customer complaints, and conduct root cause analysis with effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee factory and site QA/QC activities for glazing, cladding, and aluminium.
