The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the business to ensure compliance with quality standards, overseeing audit activities, and assisting in quality management reviews.
• Conducting regular quality assurance audits and ensuring that non-conformities are addressed promptly, with effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintaining accurate and timely entry of product complaints into quality tracking systems and reviewing quality systems and procedures in line with best practices and regulations.

Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• A strong networker and relationship builder.
• Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
• A strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
