Job summary

noon is seeking an early-career QA Analyst to help test AI-powered customer experiences for e-commerce. You will evaluate AI agents across languages, design test cases, and ensure quality, reliability and safety of AI-powered workflows.

This role suits fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years in software testing who are analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable exploring AI systems. You’ll work with AI engineers, software engineers, product managers and designers to test UI, APIs and voice

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, system, or regression testing (0–1 year).
• Bias for action mindset with willingness to learn and improve.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC and core QA principles.
• Strong time-management and ability to work independently on multiple activities.
• Interest in conversational AI and LLM-based testing approaches.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; ability to assess AI responses in both languages.
• Keen to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Experience contributing to an automation framework and its reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning, estimation, execution, and change-impact analysis.
• Design and execute tests across UI, APIs, integrations, conversations, and voice experiences.
• Perform functional, system, integration, API, exploratory, regression, and smoke tests.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, safety, tone, accuracy, and escalation to humans.
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects; support bug triage workflows.
• Provide input on test scenarios, criteria, risks, and data needs.
• Collaborate with AI and software engineers, product managers, and operations.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and improve test procedures and data sets.
• Review specs and rubrics to identify ambiguities and risks.
• Validate customer-support journeys across orders, refunds, deliveries, and queries.
