Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or risk analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL skills including Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience migrating reporting processes to Python.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub including version control and code reviews.
• Ability to develop reusable, maintainable code and perform data reconciliation and quality checks.
• Knowledge of statistics and predictive modelling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Migrate analytics and reporting to Python with reusable scripts and automated workflows.
• Analyze retail portfolio performance including delinquency vintage roll rates and trends in collections.
• Identify emerging risks and recommend actions to mitigate them.
• Monitor application and behavioral scorecards and support predictive model development.
• Maintain code quality through Git and GitHub including version control, testing, and reviews.
• Prepare management and regulatory reports with data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure analytics solutions comply with bank model governance requirements.
